This line comprises of a stainless steel elevator which feeds into a JayCraft Peeler and then onto a small conveyor.
For those starting up a small peeling business it will meet your needs, it is compact and can be arrange to suit your prep room. With the capacity of up to 1 ton per hour of peeled product. The peeler has a small foot print and easy to clean and maintain.
